At Mr. Pen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your Mr. Pen account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and components are included to avoid any processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
